The Dreaded Sarth10/3D
(Queue the dramatic intro music please)

Wrath almost done for now... WTB Immortal.

Congrats to all involved with Sarth10/3D, Definately the most challenging encounter in WOTLK to date!

BIG thanks to all those not involved with the actual kill, but who have helped with the planning over the past weeks!

Time to go... be back either when I am Immortal, or Uldaur hits!

Who knows which will come first!

So after some planning, some balancing and some eating of pie, we decided we would go and take a look at Sarth3D...

... 2 nights down, some consumables later - booyah, dead drakes!

Still looking to recruit a few extra raiders, more info here.

Till next time...

An Infamy update...

So… it’s been awhile, sorry about that! But since I haven't had the opportunity to post any new kill shots worthy of the front page, I have been busy returning video tapes instead - so yeah, hmmm... Anyways! I figured on this slow Saturday afternoon I would do a general update of sorts. So stay with me as I stumble through all the details.

Wrath came, we leveled… some fast, some not so fast – but after a bit of a slow start (isn't leveling grand!), Infamy is now getting back into the swing of things – Naxx25 came and went, wasn’t terribly hard – esp. for most of us who played in there during Vanilla. Sarth and Malygos have been fun, however on easy mode they are well… easy. Overall, most of the initial 25man content has been a really good Intro to Raiding 101 for some of our less experienced members, and a good reminder to our old timers!

So with all current 25man content being cleared within 1-2 raid days, Sartharion 3D is now our new goal, in both the 10 and 25 instances (hopefully some kill pics within the next week!) and of course we are now pushing for the acclaimed Immortal titles from Naxx25! So so close, it makes me want to emo nerd rage! We are currently aiming to have both of these done by the time Ulduar lands, which shouldn’t be too hard with some work.

Moving right along...

In regards to recruiting, we are actively looking to refill some positions that have been left empty over the past few months;

- Shamans (all specs)
- Priests (Shadow & Disc/Holy)
- Mage (x1)
- Holy Paladin (x1)
- Ranged DPS (full on hunters at this stage)
(Info about our raid times, trials and so on can be found in our: applicant section)

If you feel you are up to the challenge of competing for server firsts, then by all means drop us an application in our recruitment section or contact Katri or myself (Nomadic) to discuss. Please note, that given our slimmer raid schedule this time around, we are looking for highly skilled individuals who are adept to learning on the fly and adapting when needed.

Last, but not least...

Our Alt/Friend raid team will be commencing regular Naxx25 runs in the upcoming weeks (yes, we are that bored with no Ulduar), these will generally be held during Aus/Kiwi friendly times over the weekends. So if you are keen to get in front of us (which I highly suggest to all applicants) I suggest you stay tuned to our Front Shack section for more info as it comes.

Till next time...

PS. Hopefully I will have a better pic for next week, dead drakes... dead gnomes. Both please me greatly, so who knows! Wink

Infamy is after:
Skilled players and groups from all class groups mainly healers.
Please contact us if you are interested as we may be able to fit good players in.

Raid Times GMT +10 (3am Server time usually on weeknights/8 pm AEST)
To be advised, but based around a 8-14 hour raid week maximum in Wrath. We will be running 25 man raids and pushing end game content in the same manner we have in BC. We will also have a number of 10 man groups going, especially intially.

Feel free to have a chat to me (Katri) in game or shoot me a PM if you would like to know more information than is given on the forums.

So if you believe you have what it takes, read our guild charter and application guidelines and post an application.

Proudmoore does not have queue times, it has a great economy and balance of players from all around the world. It runs 24/7 due to the makeup of top guilds from US/Asia/Australia. It suffers some server instability at times, but all in all it is a decent server. It has been around since release.
