Before Applying

We are looking for detail - if you are in the habit of providing 1 worded answers when a sentence is required, then it is highly unlikely that your application will progress.

Some key things to remember before writing your application:
  • Be thorough
  • Answer ALL questions asked
  • If any addition info is needed, please provide
  • Do not cut and paste your application from another guild

When you apply to Infamy, it will generally take 24-48 hours for your application to be sighted by someone from the recruitment team. At which point we will make contact with you via your application thread or private message.

If your application is to be progressed, we will generally aim to get you along to a few 10/25 man instances - upon which we will make a decision weather to offer a trial position within the guild. Trial periods have no set time limit, they go for as long or short as needed to make an informed decision. Upon completion of the trial period, trialling members will either be promoted to full raider status or demoted/removed from the raid roster.

Server Transfers please note: Guilded trials can be offered to server transfers based upon initial application and interview.

Please follow the template below:

What song best describes your attitude about wiping and why:

(For DPS / Tanks) The lich king encounter is the culmination of the overarching story of WotLK, and is a suitably epic fight for the final boss of the final encounter of this content. What do you see your role on this encounter being?

(For prospective healers) The blood queen encounter is a classic example of a fight where there is a lot of incoming damage, both generally to the raid and specifically to certain individuals. How would you approach healing this fight?

In these troubling times account security is increasingly difficult; please explain in no more than 10 words how you keep your account your own:
(A good answer here would look like this)

Once your application is posted, you will not be able to make any changes or delete it.

This is to make sure you have taken the effort to read through the application process properly and thoroughly, and for our own amusement to those that have not.
